Teaching

We are passionate about teaching and learning and strongly believe that what happens in our individual classrooms is the key to the overall success of our School. The single most important factor in a pupil’s academic success is the quality of their teachers, and we believe whole school success comes from common experiences, consistent teaching and learning, high expectations and shared values.

‘Pupils are given clear and concise explanations about what is required of them. Work starts at a brisk pace as they bring the right equipment to lessons and have good routines for their learning. Pupils are given clear information about what they have to do to achieve well and many strive to do better’ - Ofsted 2015
