A Supported Transition
Our transition programme begins in Year 6 and continues until the start of Year 8. Our close relationship with local Primary Schools enables us to identify, understand and support the unique strengths and needs of every child. A comprehensive programme of workshops, activities, events, and competitions takes place all year, including opportunities for primary pupils to visit Woldgate School and use our facilities and equipment.
There are many opportunities for pupils and parents to meet our dedicated and experienced team of Year 7 form tutors throughout the Transition process, welcoming pupils and parents into the Woldgate Community.
